A stage star finds herself torn between a wealthy older man and a handsome younger one.

Belle Andrews' (Constance Bennett) gambling hall burns down in the Chicago fire of 1871 and, now penniless, she accepts Jim Farrel's (Warren William) invitation to accompany him to Powder River, Montana, to open a gambling casino. Farrel has plans to get control of all the land in Powder River by hiring henchmen to file claims on the land, a proceeding overlooked by the settlers. On the stagecoach to Powder River, they meet Wild Bill Hickok (Bruce Cabot).

Laughing Boy, is a Navaho from a remote part of the reservation, while Slim Girl was raised by whites in a town and lives as a white man's mistress. They meet at a pow-wow and marry, in spite of the disapproval of Laughing Boy's family. Slim Girl tries to be a good Indian wife, but is tempted to fall back on her old ways.

Set against the beauty and harshness of the Peruvian landscape, this 48 minute documentary film starring Cindy Crawford, traces the emotional journey made by a few visually impaired young patients seeking treatment. Their destination is the Flying Eye Hospital, a DC-10 aircraft converted into a mobile training hospital operated by U.S. based charity, Orbis International. Since 1982, the charity has worked towards the prevention and treatment of avoidable blindness in the developing world. Orbis volunteers work alongside local staff attempting their best to save sight and transfer knowledge amid the chaos and emotion of screening, surgery and recovery. It’s an unforgettable story highlighting the untold success when technology and good intentions meet people in need.

Scotland Yard Inspector George Gideon starts his day off on the wrong foot when he gets a traffic-violation ticket from a young police officer. From there, his 'typical day" consists in learning that one of his most-trusted detectives has accepted bribes; hunts an escaped maniac who has murdered a girl; tracks a young girl suspected of a payroll robbery and, then, helps break up a bank robbery. His long day ends when he arrives at home and finds that his daughter has a date with the policeman who gave him a ticket that morning.

In the early 20's there's a group on anarchic artistic yugoslawian yahoos traipsing around the rural never-lands of what then was the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. The leader of the pack is a Serbian futurist/dadaist poet and bohemian Ljubisa Micic, who with his friends, lovers and partners, starts the highly ephemeral, Balkan's own avant guard movement the Zenith(ism)! Odd things happen as they get mired in our lovely, mostly Panonian muddy roads, while the cablegrams and exchanges keep pouring from the source so diverse (and equally famous) as a Tristan Tzarra (auf Zurich!), Vladimir Vl. Majakovsky (auf Moskau!) or the beloved Italian futurist Marinetti!

In the 1980 French countryside, farmer Jojo and his ill-tempered wife Lulu hate each other, though their respective interests speak against divorce. The only thing that keeps the oppressed Jojo from murder is the threat of the guillotine…

Escaping to England from a French embezzlement charge, widower Henry Scarlett is accompanied by daughter Sylvia who, to avoid detection, "disguises" herself as a boy, "Sylvester." They are joined by amiable con man Jimmy Monkley, then, after a brief career in crime, meet Maudie Tilt, a giddy, sexy Cockney housemaid who joins them in the new venture of entertaining at resort towns from a caravan. Through all this, amazingly no one recognizes that Sylvia is not a boy…until she meets handsome artist Michael Fane, and drama intrudes on the comedy.

Hal Ditmar is a clean-cut kid, the son of a wealthy movie producer. When an argument at a theatre turns into a fight between Hal and the theatre manager, Hal finds no one, not even his father, will believe his actions were justified as self-defense. The police are concerned that Hal is a juvenile delinquent in the making, but the real problem lies in Hal's father's inattention to his son. It's up to Hal's mother to try to bridge the gulf between father and son.

In WWII Pat Jamieson is a scientist working, with Government support, on a high-altitude oxygen mask for fighter pilots. But he has nowhere to conduct his research in secret until he meets Jamie Rowan, a woman with an unused house with a scientist's basement. Jamie has no hopes of marrying for love (and neither does Pat) but Jamie wants to help the war effort and she likes this quirky scientist and his dog, so to satisfy the proprieties they agree on a business arrangement: a marriage of convenience and partnership. They happily work on oxygen mixes instead of honeymooning.

Crime melodrama about two sailors in London, an American open to theft and smuggling and an honest Jamaican, and the crooks and girls they know. A jewel theft goes wrong and those involved must decide whether to try to get away or to do the right thing. Superb photography of postwar central London when almost empty of people on a Sunday.
