Baz, a bicycle police officer enjoys his job, but as rioting breaks out in London, he suffers a head injury that turns his normally pleasant disposition into that of a deluded psychopath. Suddenly, he believes himself to be a vigilante and giving criminals the choice between being arrested or death. Seeing his campaign as lawful killing, he films his exploits on a headcam and tweets the videos. Criminals and the public are stunned by this shocking ultimatum, but Baz is amassing thousands of fans on Twitter as he dispenses 'true' justice on the streets. However, when Baz is captured by a criminal's relative out for revenge, both his life and his anonymous vigilante status are threatened.
