A short animation by Chel White described as 'Everything one can do with a photocopy machine - and I mean everything!'
A bizarre mixture of the surreal, the sensual, the beautiful, and the absurd, all tied together in a quickly paced collage of humor and photocopy fetish. All of the film's images were created solely by using the photographic capabilities of a photocopying machine to generate sequential pictures of hands, faces, and other body parts.
Chel White takes these images, all from black-and-white photocopied pictures, and mixes them in a dissolving dream-like state to a somewhat familiar whistling electronic instrumental that blows your mind. Various men and women in stages of undress keep you in a sexy state of mind that you won't forget. This was a unique entry in The 23rd International Tournee of Animation available in a Volume 5 videocassette from 1992. Definitely seek this out if you're looking for something unusual. Dedicated in loving memory of Duke Ellington and Perez Prado.
Humorous and sublime, this is the ultimate Xerox fetish film. The film's images are brought to life from an ordinary office copy machine. "True art in the age of mechanical reproduction - a rhythmic celebration of a photocopier's cinematic potential." - FilmFest DC
