A kinky, lesbian, dark comedy about three women who embark on a road trip to retrieve the ashes of a figure from the past. Hoping to find closure at their destination, the women are confronted with a series of self-destructive, sometimes hilarious, events that threaten to destroy all harmony between them. A journey of laughter and melancholy in the slice-of-life of wonderfully flawed characters.
You know how when you're watching a movie, the cliches are strewn about and things become predictable? This isn't one of those movies. Astrid Ovalles is undeniably gifted as an actor, writer, and director. She takes the lead in this film as Bobbi and really brings authenticity to her character. Sarah Jo and Oriana Oppice also come across very authentic in their respective roles and the dynamic between all 3 actresses, as well as the story they present, is really something beautiful and thought-provoking to watch.
