Grouchy, stubborn, and egotistical Professor Isak Borg is a widowed 78-year-old physician who specialized in bacteriology. Before specializing he served as general practitioner in rural Sweden. During the trip, Isak is forced by nightmares, daydreams, his old age, and his impending death to reevaluate his life. He meets a series of hitchhikers, each of whom set off dreams or reveries into Borg's troubled past. The first group consist of two young men and a woman named Sara, who is adored by both men. Sara is a double for Isak's love of his youth (and is played by the same actress). The first group remains with him throughout his journey. Next they pick up an embittered middle-aged couple whose vehicle has nearly collided with theirs. The pair exchange such a terrible vitriol and venom that Marianne stops the car and asks them to leave. They remind Isak of his own life and unhappy marriage. He reminisces about his childhood in the seaside, and his sweetheart Sara. Wild Strawberries is a 1957 Swedish film written and directed by Ingmar Bergman, about an old man recalling his past. The original Swedish title is Smultronstället, which literally means "the wild strawberry patch", but idiomatically means an underrated gem of a place (often with personal or sentimental value). The cast includes Victor Sjöström in his final screen performance, as well as Bergman regulars Bibi Andersson, Ingrid Thulin and Gunnar Björnstrand. Max von Sydow also appears in a small role. Bergman wrote the screenplay while hospitalized. Swedish Synopsis
Filmen utspelar sig under en resa med bil på Riksettan, nuvarande E4:an från Stockholm till Lund, dit läkaren Isak Borg (Victor Sjöström) färdas för att utnämnas till jubeldoktor. Med sig har han svärdottern Marianne (Ingrid Thulin), som är på väg hem till sin make, Isaks son Evald, i Lund. Doktorn har haft en framgångsrik karriär, men på det personliga planet är han misslyckad. Han färdas även i drömmar och bland minnen, där han får träffa människor ur sitt förflutna.
Filmen börjar i Isak Borgs hem. Hemmet är i pedantisk ordning och sköts med hjälp av hembiträdet fröken Agda (Jullan Kindahl). Natten innan han skall promoveras drömmer Isak Borg en märklig och obehaglig dröm, där han går i ett öde nedgånget stadslandskap. På en vägg hänger en klocka, som precis som hans egen klocka saknar visare. Ett hästsläp utan kusk, utsmyckat för begravningsprocession och med en likkista på släp, kommer förbi honom; kärran slår emot en lyktstolpe, och kistan trillar ned framför Isak Borg, som får se sig själv ligga i kistan.

Recovery Volumes (.rev)
Recovery volumes or .rev files are special files which can be created by WinRAR/RAR and allow you to reconstruct missing and damaged files in a volume set. They can
only be used with multi-volume archives.
This feature may be useful for backups or, for example, when you post a multivolume archive to a newsgroup and some of the subscribers did not receive some files. Reposting recovery volumes instead of usual volumes may reduce the total number of files to repost.
Each recovery volume is able to reconstruct one missing RAR volume. For example, if you have 30 volumes and 3 recovery volumes, you are able to reconstruct any 3 missing volumes. If the number of .rev files is less than a number of missing volumes, reconstructing is impossible. The total number of usual and recovery volumes must not exceed 255 and the number of recovery volumes must be less than the number of RAR volumes.
WinRAR reconstructs missing and damaged volumes either when clicking on .rev file, or when using rc command or automatically, if it cannot locate the next volume and finds the required number of .rev files when unpacking.
You may use the "Recovery volumes" option in the Archive name and parameters dialog or a similar option also appears in the Protect archive command to create recovery volumes. In the command line mode you may do it with -rv switch or rv command.
Original copies of damaged volumes are renamed to *.bad before reconstruction. For example, volname.part03.rar will be renamed to volname.part03.rar.bad.
