    Exceptionally well-produced, it’s a mix of traditional and “new age” styles. These complementary techniques are designed to improve your body and your spirit. The physically-focused segments include Pilates toning, yoga stretches and ballet/jazz cardio (all unusually fluid and graceful). The “new age” sections range from Chi Gong and meditation to “The 5 Tibetans” strength-training and “Makko-Ho” stretches. These routines integrate concepts like universal connectiveness, Eastern spirituality, and Chakras (e.g. “movements to stimulate the body’s energy vortexes”). DVD has seven premixed workouts — you can choose mostly “physical,” mostly “spiritual,” or a yin/yang mix. Requires 3 lb. dumbbells; a yoga block is optional.
