High Temperature Shock Technology: Ultra-fast Micro-Nano Manufacturing

High Temperature Shock Technology: Ultra-fast Micro-Nano Manufacturing by Yanan Chen
English | PDF,EPUB | 2022 (2023 Edition) | 196 Pages | ISBN : 981198123X | 92.7 MB

This book introduces high-temperature shock technology (HTS), a new method for ultra-fast synthesis of nanomaterials. HTS cannot only effectively avoid surface oxidation, agglomeration and immiscibility during the preparation of nanomaterials but also eliminate the defects or impurities of carbon-based nanomaterials. The book first presents the unique working devices of HTS. Then, it explains the working principle of its rapid heating and cooling rate at the millisecond level. In addition, the book highlights the latest research achievements of this technology in catalysis, batteries, carbon materials and new material devices, and puts forward the cost-benefit analysis and future development direction. Given its scope, the book appeals to a broad readership, particularly researchers engaged in materials, chemistry, new energy and other related fields, as well as teachers of relevant majors in colleges and universities.

Stoff- und Formleichtbau: Leichter Einstieg mit eindimensionalen Strukturen by Andreas Öchsner
Deutsch | PDF,EPUB | 2022 | 335 Pages | ISBN : 3658385863 | 42.8 MB

Methods of the Alignment-Relay Technique for Nanosystems: Optimization and Innovation by Monika Snowdon
English | EPUB | 2021 | 277 Pages | ISBN : 3030844129 | 81.6 MB

This thesis addresses the problem of improving the alignment of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in transistor applications, taking a unique approach using iptycenes acting as molecular tweezers in combination with a liquid crystal solvent. As part of a project to test the effectiveness of a multi-step method, the so-called Alignment Relay Technique (ART), this work contributed evidence for the selectivity and stability of ART, as well as providing the first proof-of-concept that ART can be used to create CNT field-effect transistors (FETs).
