Davis Causey’s high school band (The Jesters) was the backing group for a host of artists including Marvin Gaye, Jackie Wilson, Lee Dorsey, Jerry Butler, Eddie Floyd, and The Platters! A founding member of Sea Level (Chuck Leavell), and a regular player with Randall Bramblett, Davis Causey brings a distinctly southern flavor mixed with a sophisticated R & B sensibility.
