On March 6, 2026, German-British artist Christin Nichols will release her new and third album. It is named after her, “Christin Nichols,” and is the essence of everything this woman is and always has been about. Christin Nichols will be going on tour with the new album in April 2026. The advance single “Cheerleader” – an anthem about self-love – is being released today.

Dalida (1933–1987) was a legendary Italian-French singer and actress, born in Cairo, who sold over 140 million records worldwide during a 30-year career.

Robert Schumann has accompanied saxophonist Joerg Kaufmann since his childhood. As a young piano student, he was shaped by pieces from Album for the Young; later, he was particularly captivated by the Piano Concerto in A minor.

With his first recording Himmelsmusik, the Hieronymus Consort explores Sacred Concerts and Songs by the Hamburg councillor musician and organist Johann Schop and his son Albert Schop. Both composers were well-connected during their time; Johann traveled to Copenhagen together with Heinrich Schutz to play at the wedding celebrations of the Danish Crown Prince. Albert received his organ education from Philipp Scheidemann and worked as organist at the Mecklenburg court in Gustrow. The concerts shine through their focus on the text and virtuosity, and the songs, with the texts from Johann Rist’s “Heavenly Songs,” transport the listener to other worlds.

Recorded during the concerts of the Ecclesia Tour, the CD captures the special atmosphere and rich sound of this successful concert series. With bagpipes, drums, shawms, and powerful voices, Corvus Corax presents its characteristic blend of medieval musical tradition, archaic energy, and impressive live performance.

Bach’s St Johannes Passion is the earliest surviving Passion, or Oratorio by J.S Bach and was first performed in 1724. This version consists of two sections and retains this structure in the versions and revisions that followed in 1725, 1730, 1736 and 1749. Bach added several numbers in the 1749 version, but several arias from the revisions are found only in the appendices of modern editions.
