Recorded in Bucharest, Romania, on November 5, 2009, "Live" features unique performances from Jon Lord's solo albums "Sarabande", "Pictured Within" & "Beyond The Notes" as well as three Deep Purple classics re-arranged by Jon Lord for a symphony orchestra.

Like no other, Jon Lord has shaped the understanding of how multifaceted and exciting rock music is with his Hammond organ. The co-founder and one of the driving forces of Deep Purple, has combined different genres in his works and thus created a unique sound that is unparalleled to this day.

Together with Jon Lord, the Rousse Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Nayden Todorov, Steve Balsamo & Kasia Laska (vocals), Darin Vasilev (guitar), Ivaylo Zvezdomirov (bass) and Venko Poromanski (drums) make "Live" a unique listening experience.
