Takahiro Yoshikawa was born in Nishinomiya, Japan. Sinse his childhood he showed a strong artistic sensibility, that he followed, earning in the end a degree in Piano at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, and a doctorate in Music Research under the guidance of Terugi Karashima.During his brilliant university career, he attended a Masterclass given by the renowned pianist Conrad Hansen in Lubeck (Germany).At the end of his studies, he moved to Italy, where he had the opportunity of developing his natural talent for music with renowned teachers, like Anita Porrini (student of Alfred Cortot and Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli) and the composer Silvia Bianchera Bettinelli.From 2001 to 2004, he attended the Academy of La Scala Theatre in Milan, mastering in orchestral with Ada Mauri and chamber-music repertoire with the principal instrumentalists of the Scala Orchestra, getting, thanks to his solid and precise technique, important results. In 2001/2002, he was chosen as a soloist for the concert took place at Sala Verdi of the “Giuseppe Verdi” Conservatory in Milan, where he interpreted the Mozart’s Concert for Piano and Orchestra K. 467, with the Scala Orchestra conducted by M° Stefano Ranzani.Winner of many awards nationally and internationally, during his career he performed with internationally renowned musicians: Fabrizio Meloni, Domenico Nordico, Ulf Rodenhauser, Jacques Zoon, Valentino Zucchiatti, Solisti della Scala, Cameristi della Scala, the Strings Quartet of La Scala Theater, Kansai Philarmonic Orchestra, Royal Chamber Orchestra and Ensemble Kobe.
In several occasion he performed as a soloist at the prestigious La Scala Theater in Milan, earning accolades from the audiences for his reliable and intense interpretations.
