The MEAJAM quartet, based in the Toulouse region, offers a singular music imbued with current jazz, with dreamlike and cinematic accents. With influences coming from New York jazz, pop, classical music or even film music.
The group has already released two albums: DANS l'HERBE on the CRISTAL RECORDS label in 2014 and L'ENVOL in 2019, resulting from a residency at the NOUGARO ROOM in Toulouse, in September 2018.
In May 2024, the band recorded their third album, UTOPIA, at the ALHAMBRA studio in Rochefort. With the bonus of the invited artists: the flutist Ludivine Issambourg and the singer Clémence Lagier. The release of this opus is scheduled for April 04, 2025 on the MAZETO SQUARE label, producer of the project.
