1969, great year! Emerge this band name's Rare Earth, on the label of the same name sponsored by Motown (the great and iconic black music label). The funny thing is that this group is entirely composed by white men.
Motown's interesting bet.
The rest is history… Who hasn't danced the 21 minutes of 'Get Ready'? This song is apparently captured in live, I say apparently because it is recorded in study and the audience are overlapped, a curiosity that one day I hope to know the truth of why.
