Zane Alexander S.B. leads the Holy Ghost Ensemble, a 13-piece band of distinguished San Diego musicians, through a structured improvisation that blends jazz, classical, and new textures in an idiom of his own.

Featuring soloists Ryan Ebaugh, Christopher Adler, Aaron Gragg, Jordan Adams, Wili Fleming, and Rebecca McKinley, the Holy Ghost Ensemble captures the power and vulnerability of this spontaneous live recording.

The Holy Ghost was performed and recorded December 2nd 2022 at the Athenaeum Art Center as part of a concert sponsored by San Diego New Music.
