Sound In Silence is proud to announce the return of bvdub, presenting his new album Four Forgetting.

This is his second release on the label after the highly acclaimed, and already sold out, album Yours Are Stories Of Sadness back in 2016.

bvdub is the solo project of Brock Van Wey, based in San Francisco, California. Since 2007 his music, ranging from ambient to deep techno, has received critical acclaim from many magazines, webzines, blogs and radio shows worldwide and he is now considered one of the most talented electronic music composers of nowadays. He has released tens of albums and EPs on labels such as Darla, n5MD, Home Normal, AY, Glacial Movements Records, Past Inside The Present, Distant Noise Records, his own Quietus Recordings and many others, while he has also released music under his real name and the aliases of Earth House Hold and East Of Oceans.

Four Forgetting consists of four long-form compositions of mesmerizing textures, lush soundscapes and dreamlike quality, with a total duration of 79 minutes. Everything is beautifully balanced by Van Wey, who creates one of his best albums to date, blending layers of sublime melodies, emotional themes, deep chords of soothing tones, melancholic drones, orchestral string samples, ethereal vocals and carefully programmed beats. Four Forgetting is another evocatively ambient masterpiece by bvdub that captivates the listener with its massive sonic depth.
