“Sounds aren’t limited by words — what a blessing how they move the heart differently,” says Roei Hermon of his second Raw Tapes album, "Dálum.” The 10-tracks of “Dálum,” assembled from free-flowing studio experiments on trumpet, organ, piano and synthesizers, were shaped by Hermon and Rejoicer, who added touches of percussion. The title? A Polynesian word for the inside of the mind or heart. And indeed, these sounds swirl and dance, inviting you open up to mystery and wonder. No words needed.
