The Voice is back. On October 3, the SING label - an offshoot of the blockchain tech company - will premiere Frank Sinatra At The Hollywood Bowl 1943-1948, bringing together eighteen tracks on CD and eleven on vinyl from the late legend's early performances at the storied Hollywood venue. This landmark title will be followed during the holiday season by Christmas on the Air and a vinyl-exclusive box set entitled Long Ago, Far Away. All tracks on these collections have been mastered from original broadcast sources. At The Hollywood Bowl, recorded during Sinatra's time at Columbia Records, preserves Sinatra's performances from various evenings including a lengthy set on August 14, 1943 in which he offered some of the songs most associated with him throughout his lifetime including Arthur Altman and Jack Lawrence's "All or Nothing at All" (a million-selling chart-topper the same year for Sinatra) and Jerome Kern and Oscar Hammerstein II's "The Song Is You" from Music in the Air.

Jackdawg is John McFee and Keith Knudsen (Doobie Bros) & Stu Cook (CCR) and they just create 15 tracks of great rock 'n' roll. Two Doobies plus one Creedence equals a Jackdawg. Drawing upon decades of experience in the rock 'n' roll world, three friends got together to make a straightforward rock album. Multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter John McFee joined The Doobies in 1979. By that point, his credits included sessions with Nick Lowe, Elvis Costello, The Grateful Dead, Rick James, The Steve Miller Band. Stu Cook was best known for his bass playing in Creedence Clearwater Revival, with whom he earned a string of 14 Top Ten singles and five Top Ten albums. CCR broke up in 1972, with Cook venturing into music production with Roky Erickson's 1980 release The Evil One. Drummer, singer and songwriter Keith Knudsen joined The Doobie Bros in 1974; he would be featured on a six-album run of Top Ten albums by that group. An all-around musician, Knudsen also played and recorded with Lee Michaels, Carly Simon, Paul Williams, Emmylou Harris. Keith passed away in 2005.

When we launched Spring Revisited in March, an incredible collaboration between Acid Jazz, Ace Records and Cosmos Music, we could only dream of the reaction it would receive. We started off with Dmitri From Paris’ mix of Millie Jackson’s ‘We Got To Hit It Off’, gaining universal acclaim from DJs, a Number 1 in the UK 12” singles chart, and the ‘Record of 2025’ at ‘We Out There’ festival: a veritable summer anthem. It sold out on both 12” and 7” vinyl, so it is only right that it opens up the Spring Revisited album. But the series is so much more than that. The mixes that followed from the likes of Kenny Dope, Dave Lee, Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy, Joaquin ‘Joe’ Claussell, DJ Spinna, Opolopo, show how much the music of Spring means to such this dancefloor royalty. CD3 completes all of the recordings released by the quartet between 2002 and 2005 and adds raucous live sets recorded in Boston in 2003 plus three tracks recorded for XFM, along with the single B-sides 'Hyperactive', 'Rock 'n' Roll Machine', 'Mama's Boy', 'Play My Game' and 'Done With You', plus acoustic versions of 'Fall Behind Me' and 'Don't Break Me Down'.
