"Keywords", the title of this two-part concept album, uses the English word "key" ambiguously: it stands for both the piano key and the key. With one exception, the album contains key words from piano music of the 20th and 21st centuries, in a very personal selection with some first recordings. They aim to explore a fundamental question of musical interpretation and composition, "how to address people with music." This does not mean the idea of somehow making music speak. Rather, they are themselves "speaking" works, i.e. piano music that contains explicit or hidden messages, refers to poems, incorporates language, words or syllables, conducts dialogues and dialogues, can be read as a diary or tells entire stories. And it is also the piano itself that appears in "voices" - whispering, stuttering, calling, hesitating.

Elena Somaré, multimedia artist, is one of the very rare and best-known performers on an international level of art whistling. She brought her particular instrument, to the highest interpretative levels, fighting the prejudices and superstitions that saw it as an exclusively male prerogative. After many years of study, she has perfected her personal technique and exhibits an extraordinary sound, a completely new voice at the service of great music. Collaborating with internationally renowned musicians, innovative arrangements, electronics, she was able to free her instrument from the preconceptions that connected it only to curiosities or entertaining shows.

Nestled beside the sea and a cluster of palm trees, La Malvarrosa, the neighborhood in Valencia where Cooper resides, derives its name from a fusion of "Malva," meaning mauve, and "Rosa," meaning pink. Here, La Malvarrosa serves as the primary backdrop for the recordings, symbolizing two distinct colors and artistic approaches.

Joseph Rebman’s debut album, Éros, is an exploration of emotion and memory by eight living composers through the lens of solo harp: Carly Sage, Nailah Nombeko, Kyle Wernke, Joseph Rebman, Daniel Perttu, Mackenzie Jacob LaMont, Seolhee (Snow) Kim, and Catherine Neville. Love and romance are common threads throughout the album led by the titular track which is one of the many Greek words for love. These eight works explore the sonic landscape and intrinsic character of the classical harp.

Sealladh (pronounced 'shall-ugh'), the new album from singer, harpist and composer Rachel Newton, began as a commission for the National Galleries of Scotland, celebrating over eighty years of live music programming at the Gallery. The commission also coincided with the opening of the new Scottish Galleries, home to the vast collection of artworks by Scottish painters, a selection of which both inspired and are in conversation with Newton's music. Each track on the album is based on a particular painting and draws on the mythology, language, history, culture and landscapes that originally set the scene for these artworks.

Hailing from Cold Spring, a small town in upstate New York’s Hudson Valley, the 20-year-old vocalist/producer/painter, Anastasia Coope, is a formidable talent in several arenas, but it’s her striking baritone— a haunting, resonant timbre that can shift from spectral to serrated— which may first draw listeners in. Citing Brigitte Fontaine, Nico, and Scandinavian choral music as provenance, her music bears the lineage of classic psychedelic folk and can sound, at once, persuasively vintage and strikingly new.

Nancy Sandra Sinatra is an American singer and actress. She is the elder daughter of Frank Sinatra and Nancy (née Barbato) Sinatra, and is widely known for her 1966 signature hit "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'". Other defining recordings include "Sugar Town", the 1967 number one "Somethin' Stupid" (a duet with her father), the title song from the James Bond film "You Only Live Twice", several collaborations with Lee Hazlewood such as "Jackson", "Summer Wine" and her cover of Cher's "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)".

Sadao Watanabe is a Japanese jazz musician who plays alto saxophone, sopranino saxophone, and flute. He is known for his bossa nova recordings, although his work encompasses many styles with collaborations from musicians all over the world.

The Great Jazz Trio was a working cooperative working with various lineups led by Hank Jones in during the 1970s and 1980s, but the revival of this defunct group finds Jones joined by two newcomers to the group, seasoned veterans Richard Davis on bass and the leader's brother, Elvin Jones, on drums.
