It is with great joy that Dux presents world premiere recording of a new opera by Pawel Lukaszewski: Joash - King of Judah.

American saxophonist Cory Barnfield and pianist Krista Wallace-Boaz perform contemporary classical works by David Maslanka, Peter Felice, Ida Gotkovsky, and Eugène Bozza on this recording. Barnfield’s versatility is on full display here with pieces that range from quiet intimacy to blistering virtuosity. Bozza’s piece, Prelude et divertissement, is a particular highlight in which Barnfield’s playing takes on a klezmer-infused tone, beautifully imitating the melancholy timbre of the clarinet.

Vivaldi Forever reimagines the timeless beauty of The Four Seasons through a vibrant tapestry of Baroque and modern influences. Violinist Jakub Muras and pianist Łukasz Brzezina weave Vivaldi’s iconic concertos with Piazzólla’s tango-infused Estaciones Porteñas and Max Richter’s minimalist reinterpretations, creating a dynamic dialogue across centuries. Recorded in high-resolution audio, the album juxtaposes the fiery Presto of Vivaldi’s ‘Summer’ with the sultry rhythms of Verano Porteño, while Richter’s haunting ‘Winter 1’ adds contemporary depth. Muras and Brzezina’s synergy shines in this inventive program, offering both classical purists and adventurous listeners a fresh perspective on seasonal themes—proof that Vivaldi’s legacy remains eternally adaptable.

Released in 1990, Shaking The Tree is a career-spanning overview of Peter’s solo years (up to that point) from the first self-titled album of 1977 up to the 1989 Passion soundtrack with a few curiosities and rarities to grab the ear of the completist. The compilation’s title track, a playful duet between Peter and Senegalese superstar Youssou N’Dour, hadn’t previously appeared on a Gabriel album, just on Youssou’s The Lion album. Here it reappears, albeit it with a new vocal from Peter. Here Comes The Flood, originally from that 1977 debut, is also revisited, this time in a deeply effective (and affecting) piano-and-voice treatment.

Radical Action to Unseat the Hold of Monkey Mind is a box set of live performances by King Crimson, released on 2 September 2016. It is the first full-length release by the seven member incarnation of the group that formed in 2013.

Lizard is the third studio album by British progressive rock band King Crimson, released on 11 December 1970 by Island Records in the UK, and in January 1971 by Atlantic Records in the United States and Canada. It was the second consecutive King Crimson album recorded by transitional line-ups of the group that did not perform live, following In the Wake of Poseidon. This is the last of two albums by the band to feature Gordon Haskell (and the only one where he was both the lead singer and the bass guitarist as he only sang one song on the previous album) and the band's only album to feature drummer Andy McCulloch.

Starless and Bible Black is the sixth studio album by English progressive rock band King Crimson, released in March 1974 by Island Records in the United Kingdom and by Atlantic Records in the United States. It features most of the personnel which appeared on the group's preceding album, Larks' Tongues in Aspic, with only percussionist Jamie Muir not returning, and is the band's final album with violinist David Cross as a member, although he would appear on one track on Red. Much of the album was recorded live and edited together with studio recordings and overdubs. The album includes multiple fully improvised pieces.

Collaboration in its purest form is something that features the two artists involved while drawing something out of each other that they never would have been able to pull off on their own. This is why I love doing it. It keeps my creative mind spinning and inspired. I did a short run of concerts a few years back that featured the Metropole Orkest, and we've discussed working on a project together ever since. I've never seen an orchestra who is so versatile in being able to play classical and also groove based music. I knew that we'd be able to capture something really special if I utilized them alongside my band.

Anoushka Shankar, the acclaimed sitar player, producer and composer, shares the second instalment of the trilogy of mini-albums she began with ‘Chapter I: Forever, For Now’ in October 2023. ‘Chapter II: How Dark it Is Before Dawn’ is out on limited edition vinyl and via all digital platforms via LEITER. The series follows her live album ‘Between Us…’, a collaboration with Jules Buckley and the Metropole Orkest nominated for 2023’s Best Global Music Album Grammy.

British-Indian-American sitar player, producer, film composer and activist Anoushka Shankar shares her first live album since 2001’s Live At Carnegie Hall: Between Us… is her debut with German label LEITER and draws upon material from four solo albums, but also features one previously unreleased track. The record sees Anoushka Shankar maintain a long tradition of collaboration which began as a 13-year-old girl, when she started performing sitar alongside her father and teacher Ravi Shankar.

Grammy-nominated guitarist, producer and composer Cory Wong is set to release his much-anticipated fourth solo studio album The Lucky One, which will be released on Roundwound Media on August 18th 2023. In addition to a skyrocketing solo career, which will see him perform his biggest UK headline show to date at the 5000-capacity Eventim Apollo in London this autumn, Wong is also a member of the internationally acclaimed funk-jam band Vulfpeck and hosts his hugely popular podcast Wong Notes and variety show Cory Wong And The Wong Notes.
