Atmospheric music with the love of all stages of life in focus is interpreted by the singer Eleonor Ågeryd who now releases an album in her own name and lets us enjoy her favorites in jazz, pop and show. With warmth and swing she captivates us with her musical breadth but also great love for just jazz.
Eleonor grew up in a musician family in Morgongåva and found her place early in the studio and on stage. We have previously seen Eleonor as Raw "The two sisters" (2003) specially written for her by Mats Wester & Py Bäckman. Eleonor is an experienced singer who also participated in the vocal jazz group Vocation and as part of the girl group The
Vocalettes that have been acclaimed for their album "In the spirit of Andrew Sisters" 2009.
Eleonor has toured in Europe with, among others, Duke Ellington's "The Sacred Concert" and collaborated on recordings with among others Tommy Körberg, Björn & Benny and Kalle Moraeus. & JOEL LYSSARIDES
With her she has the acclaimed pianist Joel Lyssarides (born 1992). Joel has been in the musical hot air for the past ten years and has collaborated with artists such as Silvana Imam, Anne Sofie von Otter, Dirty Loops, Benny Andersson, Nils Landgren, Kristin Amparo and Blacknuss to name a few. Over the years, Joel Lyssarides has received several heavy scholarships. At the age of 21, Joel received the Jan Wallander prize. Lyssaride's CD Dreamer has been given brilliant reviews.
