Globalization creates what physicists and chemists call increased entropy. Skel breaks down, flows flow freely, new orders and new disorder occur. It brings challenges and enrichments. This has always been the classical music where musicians have crossed borders for centuries to find income and good living conditions. What kind of enrichment this year causes in our domestic little spirit dam can be studied by looking at the Danish chamber ensembles, which together with our energetic organ orchestras ensure that at least live classical music is played throughout Denmark. From Armenia via Germany, Pianist Marianna Shirinyan came to Denmark 15 years ago and got a job in the Esbjerg Ensemble.

The elevated level in southern and southern Jutland. The musicians of the ten-man Esbjerg Ensemble, celebrating the 50th anniversary this month, come from all corners of the world including Colombia, Finland, Holland, Canada and Britain, and until seven years ago, Marianna Shirinyan set the level behind piano.

But the excellent pianist scored scoring prices when she ten years ago made a major competition in Germany. There was an international career in progress, and today she is raising the level not only in Danish music but internationally. Among other things in Oslo, where she has become a piano professor at the conservatory. But also at home where she finished the Frederiksværk Music Festival last week with her own international trio.

If you do not already know Marianna Shirinyan and want to hear what she can, you can give one of her latest releases a listen. Together with the only 23-year-old, but phenomenally prominent Norwegian violinist Guro Kleven Hagen, Shirinyan has recorded a youth sonate for violin and piano by Frenchman Maurice Ravel. Just a single rate is about. Perhaps because 22-year-old Ravel gave up the sonate.

DREAMING QUALITIES, crisp precision and a wonderful width of breath, the duo unites this fragility and strength in a music that points to everything that became the essence of the French composer. From the impressionist and elegant to the classical and nostalgic to the warm-blooded Spanish, who so fascinated the otherwise perceptual Frenchman.

The duo can play violently and marching when they grab Ravel's younger countryman Francis Poulencs violinsonate who requires power, energy and very good technique by the interpreter, so that Poulenc's perpetrators can get the careless, provocative life they demand, but Hagen and Shirinyan delivers the product so I can not imagine it done better.
