Heatwave, one of the most famous disco bands of the Seventies was founded in Germany by two brothers from Ohio - Keith and Jonny Wilder. It was however the creative talents of Rod Temperton which guaranteed them chart success. Temperton also wrote, arranged and produced numerous songs for stars such as Quincy Jones, Patti Austin, Herbie Hancock, Chaka Khan and Michael Jackson.
