Bei tempi (1985) è un album del cantautore Roberto Vecchioni che si avvale della collaborazione di Michelangelo Romano, come in Hollywood Hollywood anche qui si coglie un nuovo modo di concepire, oltre all'amore, anche l'arte; inoltre si analizza a fondo il rapporto tra la realtà e il sogno, tema molto caro a Vecchioni.
Importante è anche la figura della donna che è dipinta come l'altra faccia della medaglia dell'uomo e non è stretta in ruoli stereotipati.
Esempio calzante di questo tema è Piccolo amore dove la donna è narrata nel suo fare quotidiano e l'amore è riportato a un aspetto terreno e non ideale […Piccolo amore, piccolo amore/che pena quelli con un grande amore…]. Figura femminile forte è invece Fata stanca di attendere l'uomo partito per la guerra se ne va via. Il brano è un ideale seguito de "Il castello", (in Calabuig…) dalla identica melodia, l'arrangiamento quasi uguale, e le medesime immagini poetiche.
Come racconta lo stesso Vecchioni in Voci a San Siro, La mia ragazza è dedicata a Daria Colombo, la sua seconda moglie, e parlando di lei nel finale la paragona al suo lavoro

Bei Tempi (1985) is an album of the singer Roberta Flack who works with Michael Romano.
As in Hollywood Hollywood here we perceive a new way of thinking, in addition to love, even art, it also analyzes in depth the relationship between reality and dream, very dear to Flack.
Also important is the figure of the woman who is portrayed as the flip side of man and is close in stereotypical roles.
Good example of this theme is little love where the woman is told to do in his daily life and love is given to one aspect of land and not ideal [… Little love, little love / pain that those with a great love … ]. Fairy strong female figure is rather tired of waiting for the man left for the war goes on. The song is a perfect sequel to "The Castle", (in Calabuig …) from the same melody, the arrangement about the same, and the same poetic images.
Flack says the same as in Voices in San Siro, is dedicated to my girlfriend Daria Colombo, his second wife, and talking about her in the final compared to his work
