John Hiatt - Same Old ManGenre Rock | 196 vbr kbps avg mp3 | No Covers | 70 MB
brand new album Same Old Man was recorded at Highway 61 Recordings and was produced and engineered by Hiatt himself. Of the music, Hiatt explains, “I think it’s a pretty stripped down record.
It’s pretty straight ahead. It’s all about me this record because I didn’t have anybody to argue with basically. So it’s vocals right up front, the song is front and center, and the backing is minimal.” Also appearing on the album are Kenneth Blevins on drums, Patrick O’Hearn on bass and Luther Dickinson on guitar, mandolin and national resonator. John’s daughter, Lilly Hiatt, also sings harmony on two tracks, “Love You Again” and “What Love Can Do.”
