Rhonda are back with a record that doesn't give simple answers but asks questions. The new album "You Could Be Home Now" is an intimate, raw snapshot, in which the unspoken and spun of Morricone's or John Barry's film music appears and which at the same time remains stuck in the dirt of punk and rock'n'roll. The sound of the band is carried by soul and human warmth, the songs are personal and close. They know of dusty streets, of strange shadows and familiar light, they know sweetness and darkness at the same time. "You Could Be Home Now" is an honest record that doesn't tell anything that isn't true, that doesn't want to be anything that it isn't, that doesn't follow a plan, but has grown slowly and is what it is.
