With the release of their debut album Guilty Water in 2003, the Belgian gothic band Sengir drew attention upon themselves for good. Atmospheric rock with clear female vocals was no longer a mainly Dutch concern, but Sengir was admitted in the successful range of multiple gigs playing bands.
