T.G. Copperfield - The Worried Man (2017)

The mastermind and songwriter of german southern rockers 3 Dayz Whizkey released his first solo record in early 2017. The critcally-acclaimed record contains twelve tracks sounding out the wide spectrum of modern americana music with serene coolness. Produced by Hoodoo Bluesman and high-priest of groove Dr. Will the two rock and roll addicts created a modern sounding honest vintage record with a strong focus on great classic songwriting.

After four successful 3 Dayz Whizkey releases this is Copperfield ́s most personal and multidimensional work. The range of songs goes from a bad-ass countrysong (life in hell) over New Orleans funk (Diabolo) to classic rock (going down fighting). A blues-soaked production sparkling of ideas and personality. For his live tour Copperfield recruited an experienced ELECTRIC BAND and presents his new material as a power trio in the tradition of Cream or the Jimi Hendrix Experience. The musicians already shared stages with groups like Saxon, Tito & Tarantula, Bonfire, ZZ-Top, Canned Heat, australian bluesrockers Vdelli, Nashville-based Her & Kings County, Pat Travers, No Sinner from Canada, The Sweet, two-times-Grammy-nominee John Lee Hooker Jr. and many more.
