Wayne has been compared on several occasions to the great Ramsey lewis, but he is also inspired by many others including Herbie Hancock, Oscar Peterson and George Duke to name but a few.Wayne has collaborated with a divers array of artists as a writer and producer including Billy Ocean, Stevie Winwood, Jonathan butler,Ruby Turner,Lulu and Junior to name but a few.
