West Dylan Thordson - Split (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) (2017)

Split centers on a dangerous man diagnosed with many personalities. He takes three young women hostage, and they must fight to escape his wrath. M. Night Shyamalan directed and wrote the Horror, Thriller. Split released January 20th, 2017. Jason Blum of BlumHouse Pictures served as producer. West Dylan Thordson served as the composer for the film. Now Horror enthusiasts can enjoy the chilling ambiance at home. The original motion picture soundtrack also released Friday, January 20th, 2017. Black Lot Music produced the Split soundtrack.

Thordson’s career began as the lead to the band A Whisper In The Noise. He eventually moved to New York and developed a solo career as a composer of film scores.

Thordson’s first big score gig was the cover of Bob Dylan’s “The Times Are A-Changin”, which was featured in Lady In The Water, also directed by M. Night Shyamalan.

Joy, Foxcatcher, and Dixieland are other notable films Thordson has presented scores for. Of course, these are not all of his music projects, but a summary.
