    We Found It In The Trashcan, Honest! is a bootleg album by the band Boston, a band which didn't exist since all of the music was originally played by guitarist Tom Scholz. This is taken from an early demo tape that lead to Boston being signed and if it sounds a lot like the final recording, it's because both are all Scholz. This remastered version was released by Remasters Workshop.
    Here is the famous album of Tom Scholz' home studio demos for the first Boston album, which won him a contract with Epic Records.

    I have often thought this was a recording from a stereo FM broadcast, because I swear I can hear what sounds like grainy FM reception and slight multipath in a few spots. And it has that smooth, tight compression that sounds like FM radio. There are also late fade-ins and early fade-outs, which would explain omitting the DJ talking. But I've never been able to come up with any documentation to support it.
