The In Simplicity album is the result of cooperation of extremely experienced and recognized musicians. Piotr Lemańczyk - double bass player, bass guitarist and composer - invited to his original formation the pianist and teacher Dominik Wania, awarded twice, and drummer Michał Miśkiewicz, also the conqueror of Fryderyk, who for many years co-founded the group Tomasz Stańko and the trio of Marcin Wasilewski.
"It was important to me that this venture was attended by perfectly oriented musicians who could read my intentions. The compositions that I wrote are demanding, although sometimes seemingly simple, but without proper preparation it would not make sense to make them. This album is a synthesis of musical experiences and searches, but also a pursuit of something unknown, "believes Piotr Lemańczyk.
