The idea for A Fine Light Snow's concept came about several years ago when in my surroundings I – as well as all of us have or will at some point in our lives – unfortunately dealt with disease, death and the unforgiving passing of time in several different ways. Years after, this could not be more true at this present time of the album's release. Although a conceptual album about death and metaphysical themes, there are a few rays of light inside indicating just how precious time and life truly are.
