"An extremely rare El Saturn LP, issued in 1970, but containing music recorded in 1963, Continuation is one of the great lost Ra records, featuring loads of John Gilmore's tenor saxophone and 14 studio-recorded tracks not issued anywhere else. The band featured Ra, Gilmore, Walter Miller on trumpet, Ali Hasaan on trombone, Marshall Allen, Danny David, Pat Patrick, and Robert Cummings on reeds, Art Jenkins on space voice and percussion, Ronnie Boykins on bass, and Tommy Hunter on drums, percussion, and tape reverb.
To better understand the original LP and place it in context, an entire CD of bonus material is included, making it over 80 minutes of vintage Sun Ra, beautifully remastered from the original tapes."-Corbett vs. Dempsey
