It consists of interviews with fans, record company executives and frontman Ian Anderson giving a rough chronology of the band, interspersed with clips from music videos and live performances. Many of the live performances are culled from the Madison Square Garden performance during the 1978 Heavy Horses tour.~ discogs
This was originally a one hour television programme back in 1988. Evidently the original version was somewhat longer and there are some indications of fairly clumsy editing to get it to the required length in places. It would probably have been better to have restored the programme to its original length for the video. However, the video appears to be identical to the programme screened on television.
However, that said, it does a good job of showcasing the band across their first twenty years and gives plenty of glimpses of concert footage and videos, along with interviews with band members and their original management.
