After the two albums "Hometown Sessions" and "Viva La Street" the first-class, multi-faceted musician and songwriter Jimmy Kelly releases his first live album

After the enormous success with his siblings of the Kelly Family, Jimmy Kelly left the family ties at the height of the media hype to find his way back to himself and his musical roots. Back to the basics meant: instead of sold-out halls and stadiums a consciously chosen existence as a street musician, direct contact with people, honest handmade music without show effects. Fittingly, his second album was entitled "Viva La Street"

On the now released Live CD / DVD the artist presents selected songs from the two albums "Hometown Sessions" and "Viva La Street", additionally five previously unreleased songs are included, which definitely make this a must-have for fans. The recordings are taken from a live recording of the concerts at the Wilhelma Theatre (Stuttgart) and the Heimathafen (Berlin). From danceable Balkan Klezmer influences to beautiful bluegrass, Irish sounds, Spanish folk and emotional ballads, Jimmy Kelly has everything to offer. His Street Orchestra perfectly implements the musician's ideas and shows himself to be virtuosically playful with his instruments: Accordion, mandolin, viola, fiddle, banjo, guitar, marimba, drums as well as harmonica, double bass, trumpet & clarinet / saxophone

You can feel the fun and joy of presenting this honest and direct music to Kelly and his band. The two concerts in Berlin and Stuttgart were recorded on video, so the listener gets the chance to enjoy the album visually

The CD version contains 14 songs, the DVD version provides two more bonus songs as well as a "Making Of" and a biography of the artist.
