Чего только стоит ее появление на сцене "одетой" в крем для бритья… Тем не менее её номинировали на "Grammy" в категории "Best female rock vocal"… После этого альбома Вильямс практически совсем завязала с шоу-бизнесом и уединилась со своим продюсером Свенсоном, который кстати снимал не только порно, но и видео, например для Ramones. 6 апреля 1998 года в штате Коннектикут, возле города Сторрес труп Wendy был найден в лесу. В возрасте 48 лет она покончила с жизнью самоубийством и именно Свенсон обнаружил ее.

This is what she is said to have written in a suicide note regarding her decision:

I don't believe that people should take their own lives without deep and thoughtful reflection over a considerable period of time. I do believe strongly, however, that the right to do so is one of the most fundamental rights that anyone in a free society should have. For me much of the world makes no sense, but my feelings about what I am doing ring loud and clear to an inner ear and a place where there is no self, only calm.

The last album ever recorded by Wendy O. Williams is not a serious affair at all. After the heavy duty political proselytizing of her work with The Plasmatics, as well as her solo work, this was the last thing anyone would have expected. Originally, the album was to be credited to the fictional rap group "Ultrafly and the Hometown Girls," with Wendy's name left off it, but the distributor wouldn't back it without Wendy's name. On this disc, Wendy slams hair bands, creates interesting sexual scenarios between Jerry Falwell and Jessica Hahn, and Humpty Dumpty and Mary ("…had a little lamb"), tells the story of a rock star with a penis so large it frightens his audience when he gets excited, and oh yeah, becomes the first person to fuse rap and speed metal. Basically, the album is just fun. It's Wendy and two of her girlfriends talking dirty. Sadly, Wendy quit the industry shortly after this album and then, in 1998, committed suicide.
