Demir Demirkan is a Turkish rock musician and songwriter. He was born in 1970, started his formal musical education at Musicians Institute in Los Angeles in 1992. Worked with various artists including Paul Hanson, Scott Henderson, Frank Gambale. After graduated, he stayed in Los Angeles and recorded music, played the guitar in different styles such as pop - jazz, afro, latin and rock. He also co-wrote the smash hit "Everyway That I Can", with which Sertap Erener won the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest.
