Bad Blood was released on 4th March 2013. Bastille’s debut album charted at #1 on the UK Albums chart, spending 3 weeks at the top, and is certified triple platinum in the UK, and platinum in the US and several other countries. The 2014 Brit Awards nominated ‘British Album of the Year’ features the singles “Overjoyed”, “Bad Blood”, “Flaws”, “Pompeii”, “Laura Palmer”, “Things We Lost in the Fire” and “Oblivion”. Pompeii was the 4th single released from the album and was the band’s breakthrough song, peaking at #2 on the UK Singles Chart. It became the eleventh best-selling song that year, and, until June 2014, was the country’s most streamed single of all time.
