Linkin Park's third album, Minutes To Midnight reflected a desire to experiment and push the sonic boundaries of the band. The album was originally released May 14, 2007 debuting at #1 on the Billboard Top 200, and was produced by Rick Rubin and Mike Shinoda. The release has sold more than 5 million copies in the US. Five of the album’s twelve songs received substantial Alternative and Rock radio airplay including “What I’ve Done”, “Shadow Of The Day”, “Bleed It Out”, “Leave Out All The Rest” and “No More Sorrow”. The physical release of From Zero (Deluxe Edition) showcases three new songs, five live tracks recorded around the world and all new, expanded packaging. “Up From the Bottom” was created in between tours this year, infused with the electricity of those first shows back after a long hiatus. “Let You Fade” was a song that began during the From Zero sessions but found its final shape in sessions after the album’s release. “Unshatter” was an early track we made while recording From Zero; Emily’s huge vocal in the bridge was one of the moments that gave us an indication of what was possible together. LINKIN PARK has released an a cappella/vocals-only version of the band's latest album, "From Zero", dubbed "From Zero - A Cappellas".

Linkin Park Rooted at the crossroads of aggressive metal and beat-driven hip-hop, Linkin Park became one of the most successful acts of the early 21st century by incorporating elements from across genres, injecting hardcore rap, raucous punk, atmospheric electronic, and even polished pop stylings into their music. Despite being burdened with the oft-derided nu-metal and rap-rock genre designations, they soon evolved beyond those associations into a more complex beast. Indeed, as their original band name and debut album title suggested, they were a hybrid of forces, relying as much on the vocal interplay between singer Chester Bennington and rapper Mike Shinoda as on the band's muscled instrumentation, which layered DJ Hahn's effects atop heavy, processed guitars and pounding percussion. No matter their direction, pain and catharsis remained at their core.

Perfect comeback for the band. The tracks explore sounds from the bands whole discography, and manages to have a little bit for everyone. This is not to say it doesn't try anything different though. Tracks like Overflow and the stunning finale Good Things Go demonstrate the band still has modern sensibilities. Emily is an incredible talent and puts her range on full display.

Hybrid Theory was recorded in the digital domain, it was then mixed through an analog electronic chain onto tape. Those original master tapes were then carefully transferred to 192/24 wav files that ended up being our audio source for the One-Step pressing. We used Neotech VR900-D2 180g vinyl compound which is the same as what is known as Super Vinyl or Clarity Vinyl – the best in the world. Levi Seitz at Blackbelt Mastering (Metallica, Pearl Jam, Beyonce etc) cut the multiple sets of lacquers required – crucially all from the same lot of lacquers. Being a massive Linkin Park fan himself – Levi already knew every little sound on this iconic album! Dorin Sauerbier at Record Technology, Inc (R.T.I.) has been plating records for decades and is considered the best in the world – he also has done more One-Step processing than anybody. This is a vital step in the process to ultimately delivering the absolute best sounding version of Hybrid Theory ever. Record Technology, Inc did the pressing – using the exact pressing machine used for so many Mobile Fidelity One-Step releases. Our slipcases, “Old Style” tip on original art jackets, and inserts were printed by world renowned Stoughton Printing Company.
