Fabulous Disaster is the third studio album by American thrash metal band Exodus, released on January 30, 1989. Exodus toured for five months to promote the release of Fabulous Disaster and embarked on a month-long European tour with Nuclear Assault and Acid Reign. The band wrapped up the album tour, performing at The Fillmore in San Francisco on July 14, 1989, which was recorded for the band's first live album Good Friendly Violent Fun and released two years later.
However, things could have been different back then, because on the night of March 8, 1989 another show was recorded, a show that saw them destroy the stage of The Astoria in London! A night that went down in history and became legendary among Exodus and thrash metal fans worldwide! This recording has remained unheard and kept in the Exodus vaults until now! 35 years later this rager of a show will finally be released for the first time ever!

Probably the best Polish progressive symphonic group. It was founded in 1976. From the beginning, the musicians had concrete, defined musical interests. Their intention was to play rock music strongly influenced by classical music. Some people call them "Polish Yes" because of the symphonic sound and high, delicate vocal of Pawel Birula. They used to play mainly at the Warsaw student club Riviera-Remont where they had a lot of young fans. In the first half of 80-ies Exodus had a tournee in the USSR and West Germany. They recorded a few TV programs, did many radio recordings and released a few singles that were received very well. But singles don't adequately render the specific character of their music. They had the tendency for creating bigger forms of music and wanted their concerts to become para-theatrical shows…

Exodus have officially returned with their first new album in seven years, “Persona Non Grata.” The record, which will be available tomorrow (November 19), offers a full-on thrash attack that is sure to satisfy fans old and new. The effort is chock-full of riffy and shredding guitar work mixed with the kind of blistering vocals one would expect from the band. As one navigates the album, it is clear to see that the group have stayed true to the sound that made them a household name in the Bay Area. All in all, “Persona Non Grata” is a solid record from a band that has been killing it for four decades. There are some parts where the fat could have been trimmed a little bit to make for a more concise piece of work, but other than that it is exactly what fans have been clamoring for, a pure display of classic thrash metal.
