Lion's Share were formed in Sundsvall, Sweden in late 1987 by guitarist Lars Chriss and keyboardist Kay Backlund. The band immediately began perfecting their brand of classy, progressive metal through intensive rehearsals and live performances, eventually winning the first prize at a national band competition the following year. With vocalist Engberg onboard, the band issued its first album through Japan’s Zero label. Sometimes it is hard to tell where traditional metal leaves off and progressive picks up. Lion's Share are more traditional but with some strong progressive tendancies (like complex song structure).

Unchain My Heart was the release Joe Cocker had been rebuilding for. The title cut returned him to the Top 40, and the song "A Woman Loves a Man" followed it there along with it being included in the Bull Durham film soundtrack. A solid effort from a veteran.

Crises was re-issued by Mercury Records on 2 September 2013, along with Five Miles Out. It is available as a single CD, a 2CD Deluxe Edition (album disc and live highlights CD), a vinyl LP and a 5 disc (3 CD and 2 DVD) boxed set. The boxed set also includes a 32-page hardback book. There will also be a 500 copy limited edition vinyl available on transparent green vinyl. The re-issue is also available as digital download in 16 and 24 bit 44.1 kHz FLAC/ALAC and 320kbit/s MP3 in two versions. The super-deluxe edition contains the tracks of discs one through three, the album contains the tracks of the single CD.

ReScarlet is a reissue of Scarlet by Closterkeller. The box contains remastered version of the album and a live disc recorded in 2015 when they played the whole album

Alan Bown is most known – certainly in the United States – for his late '60s recordings as leader of a group (actually called the Alan Bown) that played psychedelic pop. The trumpeter had already been recording since 1965, however, with a group called the Alan Bown Set from 1965-1967 in a far more soul-influenced style. This compilation gathers both sides of all five singles the Alan Bown Set released on Pye in the U.K. during that time, along with the seven live songs from the London Swings: Live at the Marquee Club LP they shared with Jimmy James & the Vagabonds, and the French-only single "Jeu De Massacre (The Killing Game)," from the soundtrack of the French film of the same name.

Diamonds for Breakfast is the fourth studio album by French singer Amanda Lear, released in 1980 by West German label Ariola Records. The album turned out a commercial success and spawned two European hit singles, "Fabulous (Lover, Love Me)" and "Diamonds"…

Representing much of the group's output for the year 1969, the two albums show the group advancing in the face of adversity - Paul Williams, who had been very much the Temptations' sparkplug in its earlier years, was in declining health, and music was changing around the group, almost faster than a lot of soul artists of the era could keep up with. This remastered collection is a reminder, even better than the Emperors Of Soul box, of precisely how ambitious and urgent the Temptations' music became in response, and how the group and producer Norman Whitfield helped expand and change soul music's boundaries in the process.

"Symphonic" is the third compilation album by Norwegian singer Jørn Lande's solo band Jorn. The album differs from the previous compilation albums in how orchestra arrangements have been added to Jorn songs.

What's Wrong with This Picture? is the second album by singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Andrew Gold. It was released in 1976 on Asylum Records. It includes the hit single "Lonely Boy" which peaked at #7 on the Billboard singles chart featuring Linda Ronstadt on backing vocals.
