In the earliest part of 2019, the Eclectic Prog band Echotest from Philadelphia released it's 3rd album "Daughter of Ocean". Echotest was founded in 2014 by Julie Slick, who was the bassist for the "Adrian Belew Power Trio". The regular band is made up of Slick on bass and electronics, Marco Machera also on bass but also electronics and vocals, Jennifer Founds on vocals and Alessandro Inolti on drums. Other guests appear on various tracks on this album. The album is made up of 10 tracks and has a total run time of 57 minutes. The sound is very unique and not always what you expect, leaning to a more avant- prog sound many times through the album. Sometimes the sound is very beautiful and other times a bit unsettling, but it is always quite unique.

Greatest Hits (The Abbey Road Session) is a live-in-studio album by the band Therapy?. It was released by Marshall Records on 13 March 2020.[1] The 12 tracks, all re-recordings of UK Top 40 singles originally released between 1992 and 1998, were recorded on 8 November 2019 at Abbey Road Studios, London, England. The album was released on black vinyl, translucent green vinyl and double CD. While initial pre-order physical copies carried the "Abbey Road" subtitle, following an issue raised by the studio over naming rights, re-pressings and all digital copies were retitled Greatest Hits (2020 Versions). The second part of the double CD release, entitled Official Bootleg 1990-2020, features 15 live songs (one to represent each studio album in the band's discography) recorded between 1990 and 2018, compiled from the band's personal archives.

Nils Frahm announces the release of Encores 3 on 20 September 2019, the third and final instalment of his Encores series. The three EPs will be available as one full length release titled All Encores featuring 80 minutes of music on 18 October, to follow his masterful 2018 album All Melody. Whilst Encores 1 focused on an acoustic pallet of sounds with solo piano and harmonium at the core, and Encores 2 explored more ambient landscapes, now Encores 3 sees Nils expand on the percussive and electronic elements in his work.

Founded in London during 1987 and originally composed by Swiss-Spanish vocalist Dave Rubio (later replaced by Marc Huckle), Savannah Nix officially released two demo-tapes during the 1988-1989 period, with a third one and some more songs recorded and never released to the public. With a strong image and a very intriguing sound influenced by bands like Skid Row, Dokken, Motley Crue and Ratt, Savannah Nix played the England live-circuit for some years, trying, in the meantime, to find the right label-deal, that never arrived. The "Lost UK Jewel" CD will featured all the material ever recorded by the band, taken from the original master-tapes. Digitally remastered by the band and strictly limited to 500 copies.

New recordings from Supraphon’s Gramophone Editor’s Choice winning series “Music From 18th Century Prague” Unlike the copiously preserved sacred music, instrumental works by Czech composers in the Prague of the first third of the 18th century are as scarce as hen’s teeth. The twenty or so instrumental pieces by Antonín Reichenauer are among the most significant. Reichenauer was a musician in Count Morzin’s chapel, in which he assumed the role of in-house composer after Johann Friedrich Fasch. The ensemble’s superb quality is documented by the Count’s regular contacts with Antonio Vivaldi, whom he engaged as his “maestro di musica in Italia”.

This release presnts all of Grant Green and Baby Face Willette's collaborative albums as leaders. Recorded in 1961-62, they consist of the LP "Grant's First Stand" (Blue Note BST-84064), issued under the guitarist's name, and “Baby Face” Willette's albums "Face to Face" (Blue Note BST-84068) and "Stop and Listen" (Blue Note BST-84084). Other than their three LPs as leaders, Green and Willette only recorded together on Lou Donaldson's album Here ‘Tis, from which it has been added the title song, a long blues, as a bonus.

Featuring a bevy of world music guests, guitarist Lee Ritenour's Smoke 'N' Mirrors is a stylish, joyous, and laid-back multicultural affair. Among the guests are Brazilian vocalist and keyboardist Daniel Jobim, South African vocalist Zamajobe and guitarist Erik Pilani Paliani, West African bassist Richard Bona, as well as such well-known contemporary jazz icons as pianist Dave Grusin, bassist John Patitucci, percussionist Sheila E., and others. Judiciously, Ritenour has made room for a wide musical palette including funky jams, melodic soul vocal tracks, inspired rhythmic passages, and of course straight-ahead jazz improvisation. While this is an impeccably crafted effort in the tradition of past Ritenour albums, it never comes off as anything less than organically heartfelt.
