Dead Battery is a 2CD soundboard recording of Led Zeppelin performing live at the Hampton Roads Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia on 9 September, 1971, two months before the release of their fourth albums, so the audience was hearing "Black Dog", "Going To California" and "Stairway To Heaven" for the first time. The CD does not document the full show and "Immigrant Song" begins somewhere during the performance, midway through the first verse. This was released on a label allegedly from Japan called Flagge.

Stormwatch!! is an interesting and peculiar Led Zeppelin bootleg to listen to. It features three different sources of a show they performed on 3 June, 1977 at Tampa Stadium in Tampa, Florida and it is interesting because the group performed as a storm was coming in. It was raining and as conditions were getting worse, they were forced to stop the show, leading to a riot. The band were in top form but obviously did not want to risk electrocuting themselves or the crowd. The "crowd noise" segments consist of the bootleggers documenting their surroundings, which primarily sounds like they're documenting themselves. The TV segments sound like a microphone faced in front of a TV speaker. It's historical for those reasons.

Miami, Florida is the location where Led Zeppelin performed at Three Image Club on 14 February, 1969. Listed as a "first generation audience recording", We're Unknown pretty much says it all: their first album had been out for only a month and there was little to no buzz on them in America, but that would change dramatically. The group were still doing songs like "As Long As I Have You" and "Pat's Delight" during this stage, and opens the show with "The Train Kept A Rollin'", which would eventually become an anthem for an American band from Boston called Aerosmith in the next decade, but was still known as a hot song by The Yardbirds. This is an audience recording, released as a double CD by Tarantura.

Jet Lemon Band was born in 2014. It is an incredible combination of two Russians (Jim Aviva - lead vocal and keyboards, and Sammy Lukas - piano, saxophone back vocal), two Germans- (Benjamin Schlothauer - bass, and Jakob Kufert - drums) and South Koreans Ju Young Cheong - guitars. The initial idea was to cover songs of the great rock bands of the '70s but the inspiration morphed into a desire to honor just one legendary group Led Zeppelin II, recreating the genius of this band in the style of jazz The band welcomes the opportunity to combine two very different kinds of music - jazz and rock into one cohesive album and to capture the imagination of both fan bases.

Led Zeppelin formed out of the ashes of The Yardbirds. Jimmy Page had joined the band in its final days, playing a pivotal role on the group's final album, 1967's Little Games, which also featured string arrangements from John Paul Jones. During 1967, the Yardbirds were fairly inactive. Whilst the band members decided the group's future, Page returned to session work in 1967. In the spring of 1968, he played on Jones' arrangement of Donovan's "Hurdy Gurdy Man." During the sessions, Jones requested to be part of any future project Page would develop…

No Longer Down Under is a 2CD Led Zeppelin bootleg highlighting the band's Australasian tour of 1972. When England was having cold temperatures, the weather in Australia and New Zealand was quite hot and humid, and Robert Plant makes a point of this during the show, recorded from the audience at Kooyong Tennis Courts in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia on the 20th of February, 1972. Due to the storm happening at the time, the band had to cut their performance short, but it is a powerful show from start to finish. In a bit of extra trivia, this was the last show Jimmy Page sported a beard in public, which he would shave for their next show and never to be see in one for the next 43 years and continuing. This CD was released on the Brigand label.

Originally released by Tarantura in 1995, Please Please Me is a triple CD set recorded in Osaka on 28 September, 1971 at Koseinenkin Kaikan (Festival Hall) in support of "Led Zeppelin IV". While the show the following night is available from the soundboard, I like this set for the oddities of Beatles songs, along with "Down By The Riverside" and "We Shall Overcome" in the set with a devoted sing-along attempt from the crowd. Robert Plant encourages the crowd to go a little louder and questions why they are so calm and quiet, but the Osaka attendees get into American folk covers. Released by the Wendy label.

Mary Kezar is a Led Zeppelin bootleg triple CD set released in 2006 by the Wendy label, a company allegedly from Japan. It is taken from a 2 June, 1973 show at Kezar Stadium in San Francisco, California, almost three months after the release of Houses Of The Holy. Discs 1 and 2 are from the audience, and features an interruption of "Moby Dick". The tape runs out during recording so you get an abbreviated version of the song. Disc 2 is a partial soundboard recording of the same show, but features "Moby Dick" in full and the remainder of the show. I tend to prefer Led Zeppelin's tours up to and including 1973, which is why I bought this years ago. The audience recording sounds quite good too, and some of the things Robert Plant says in between songs are a joy to listen to too. It is the concert in its entirety.

Nowadays, what's the point of chronicling this "Remasters" when the group released "Mothership" in 2007, which makes it obsolete? Because this record is historic. It is the first to be officially released under the LED ZEPPELIN name since "Coda" in 1982. The 1985 reformations for Live Aid and the 1988 reformation for the 40th anniversary, with Jason Bonham behind the sons, son of the late John n ' will have been occasional and here, there is no place for a fanfare of the Airship. Jimmy Page just wanted to deliver a compilation worthy of the name years after the band's smashing debut, years after a half-hearted ending. How many of you have known LED ZEPPELIN with this "Remasters"? How many of you have had a breath of nostalgia when you saw this cover?

Funeral For A Friend is a Led Zeppelin bootleg taken from a live show on 19 September, 1970 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The group played two shows that day, one at 2pm and another at 8pm. This CD is taken from the late show at 8pm. The audience recording was taped the day after the death of guitarist Jimi Hendrix, and Robert Plant offers condolences. This was performed a little over two weeks before the release of Led Zeppelin III, so it is quite pleasant to hear the reaction to the new material that includes "That's The Way", "Gallows Pole", "Since I've Been Loving You" and "Immigrant Song".

Listen To This Artie! is an "audience recording merge + remaster". The double CD was recorded at Madison Square Garden in New York City on 3 September, 1971, two months before the group would finish Led Zeppelin IV (Zoso), and the discs are edited together from two different tape sources, both from the audience, including someone named Artie, who is recognized in the title of the boot. Aria Designs are the planner and while the discs are undated, it is believe to have been released in 2011.
