Scorpio Butterfly Kisses is essential for Kate Bush aficionados. This ten-year retrospective of live material spends most of its time covering The Kick Inside and Never For Ever periods, but does so quite successfully. Highlights on the disc include performances of non-album compositions: "Do Bears," "Under the Ivy," and two Beatles tunes, "The Long and Winding Road" and "She's Leaving Home." "Do Bears" is a humorous piece, noted for its chorus "Do bears sha la la la in the woods?". The Beatles covers are good, but too brief. And the lesser-known "Under the Ivy," a beautiful, minimal piece, is performed exquisitely here. Bush's voice and piano playing are quite good throughout Butterfly Kisses. The piano really stands out in these fairly spare performances, many of which feature Kate unaccompanied on the instrument. Unfortunately, the sound quality throughout the disc is only so-so, with minimal dynamics and occasional hiss. The instrumentation lacks clarity and is at times muffled and overwhelmed by Kate's voice.

Tracks 1 to 24 are home demos recorded in 1974. Tracks 25 to 29 are studio out-takes with the KT Bush band recorded in 1975. A little history is in order regarding this release for those who may not know the story.
In 1972/73 Kate recorded several tapes of songs. Twenty to thirty of these songs were presented to record companies by John Carder Bush's friend Ricky Hopper, at first without success. Then Ricky Hopper presented the songs to David Gilmour. Gilmour noticed her talent, but also the bad tape recorder quality. A recording session took place at Kate's house with Gilmour in 1973. Only Kate was recorded, accompanied by her piano, but with a better recorder. Gilmour has spoken at least twice about this session in interviews. “I did some recording at her house, her parent's house…I know that one of the first songs that I noted was ‘The Man With the Child in His Eyes’, out of many songs that she had written. She was only 14, I think, when I met her, maybe just about 15.”

Before the Dawn is the second live album by English singer-songwriter Kate Bush, credited to The KT Fellowship. The album was released on 25 November 2016 by Bush's label Fish People, and is distributed in the United States by Concord Records. It was recorded during Bush's 22-date residency, Before the Dawn, at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, which saw her return to the stage following a 35-year absence. As with the residency, the album is split into three parts, comprising seven miscellaneous songs, the complete Ninth Wave suite from Hounds of Love, and A Sky of Honey from Bush's 2005 release Aerial. The album also contains the song "Tawny Moon", performed by Bush's son, Albert McIntosh. Presented in the same order as the original show, the album's performances are culled from various shows throughout the residency. The album also contains the track "Never Be Mine", which is performed live but did not feature on the Before the Dawn residency.

One of two paired box sets chronicling the entirety of Kate Bush's recorded work as of 2018, Remastered, Vol. 2 features upgrades of the three albums since 2005: Aerial, Director's Cut, and 50 Words for Snow. In addition to these records, Remastered, Vol. 2 contains four CDs of non-album tracks, featuring a disc of 12" mixes, two discs of B-sides (labeled "The Other Side"), and a disc of covers (called "In Others' Words"). For the diehards, having these rarities on a proper album is reason enough to acquire Remastered, Vol. 2, and they do elevate a box that doesn't have as many classics as the first box: the 2005 comeback Aerial is teamed with an album where she revisits her past and the lush orchestral 50 Words for Snow. Like its cousin, Remastered, Vol. 2 boasts clean, detailed remasters that feel fuller than their predecessors. That's appropriate for music as sumptuous and transporting as this; the improved fidelity has the effect of making the music seem more vivid, not less.

Live at Hammersmith Odeon is the first live album by the British singer Kate Bush. It is a recording of her first of only two concert tours, The Tour of Life from 1979, first released on home video in 1981. The video of The Tour of Life was re-released in 1994 as a boxed set that included a CD version of the performance. The twelve song live album is heavily abridged. The complete show consisted of twenty-four songs. The performance consists mainly of songs from The Kick Inside and Lionheart with a new song "Violin"; which would subsequently appear on Bush's third studio album Never for Ever in 1980.

An enchanting songstress, Kate Bush reflects the most heavenly views of love on the aptly titled The Sensual World. The follow-up to Hounds of Love features Bush unafraid to be a temptress, vocally and lyrically. She's a romantic, frolicking over lust and love, but also a lover of life and its spirituality. The album's title track exudes the most sensually abrasive side of Bush, but she is also one to remain emotionally intact with her heart and head. The majority of The Sensual World beams with a carefree spirit of strength and independence. "Love and Anger," which features blistering riffs by Bush's mentor and cohort David Gilmour, thrives on self-analysis – typically cathartic of Bush.

Lionheart is the second album by the English singer-songwriter Kate Bush. It was released in November 1978, just nine months after Bush's successful debut album The Kick Inside. Lionheart reached no. 6 on the UK album chart (her only album not to make the top 5) and has been certified Platinum by the BPI. The first single taken from the album, "Hammer Horror", missed the UK Top 40. However, the follow-up single, "Wow", was released on the back of Bush's UK tour and became a UK Top 20 hit.

The album peaked at number three on the UK Albums Chart and has been certified Platinum by the British Phonographic Industry. Kate Bush's strongest album to date also marked her breakthrough into the American charts, and yielded a set of dazzling videos as well as an enviable body of hits, spearheaded by "Running Up That Hill," her biggest single since "Wuthering Heights." Strangely enough, Hounds of Love was no less complicated in its structure, imagery, and extra-musical references (even lifting a line of dialogue from Jacques Tourneur's Curse of the Demon for the intro of the title song) than The Dreaming, which had been roundly criticized for being too ambitious and complex.

Kate Bush released a cover of "Rocket Man" in 1991 as part of the Elton John/Bernie Taupin tribute album Two Rooms: Celebrating the Songs of Elton John & Bernie Taupin. Her reggae-inflected version of "Rocket Man" was a commercial success, reaching #12 on the UK singles chart and #2 in Australia (held off the top spot by Julian Lennon's "Saltwater"). In 2007, the track won The Observer readers' award for Greatest Cover of all time. The B-side of the single was Bush's recording of another Elton John classic, "Candle in the Wind".
